We'll ship your order as soon as we can, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. Where possible orders received before 3pm will be shipped out the same day.

You'll only be charged once per order for delivery however many separate shipments we make to you. 

All pearl jewellery - necklaces, pendants, earrings and bracelets - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. PLEASE NOTE THAT EARRINGS FOR PIERCED EARS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

All headwear - tiaras, hair pins - these items are made to order so please allow between 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Should you wish to return an item, please contact J'adore on 01525 217882 or email info@jadorelingerie.co.uk to obtain a RETURNS CODE before sending the item back.

If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

Please make sure that briefs & thongs. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

Returns need to be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

4 days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt.

Returns on hoisery will only be accepted if the packaging is intact and un-opened.

Postal charges will not be refunded if goods are returned, but if the item is an exchange, no postage charge will apply when your replacement is sent out.
